Life Under Lockdown at the University of Cambridge

It’s been a little over two weeks of lockdown in the UK due to COVID-19. Cambridge looks different than it has for the rest of my MBA journey. But the stillness, while eerie, is simultaneously comforting. We’re physically distancing for social solidarity—for the protection of loved ones, medical staff, and key workers in supermarkets, post offices, public transportation, etc. Being apart is one of the best ways we can show love to others right now.

I am taking it a day at a time, savoring small joys, and striving for patience with myself and others. Here are photos taken over a series of daily walks, allowed as my one form of outdoor exercise. I followed strict physical distancing guidelines. >> (Click a photo for full-size viewing.)
